The Kala Ghoda Arts Festival is free for all attendees. There are no entry fees for any of the events.
Artists and performers interested in participating can apply through our official vertical email of each section. Curators will take it forward via email. Please Note: Email is the only way of communication we prefer.
Those interested in showcasing their products at the festival can access the application form via our social media channels and website starting four months ahead of the event. Alternatively, they’re welcome to reach out to us directly at kgafstalls@gmail.com to express their interest.
Visitors can expect a vibrant mix of visual arts, music, dance, theatre, literature, and culinary delights. The festival features art installations, performances, workshops, food stalls, and much more.
Yes, the festival typically runs from morning 10:00 AM until late evening at 9:45 PM. Specific timings for each day’s events will be detailed in the festival schedule closer to the event date.
Yes, the festival is family-friendly and offers activities for people of all ages. There are special zones dedicated to children with interactive workshops, storytelling sessions, and creative activities.

Yes, the festival aims to be accessible to everyone. We provide facilities to accommodate individuals with disabilities, including ramps and designated spaces.
While we love animals, for the comfort and safety of all attendees, we recommend leaving pets at home unless they are service animals.
Kala Ghoda Association doesn’t have dedicated parking for the KGAF but limited parking might be available nearby, but due to the expected crowd, public transport or ridesharing is recommended.
Yes, there will be a few food stalls offering a range of cuisines and beverages for attendees to enjoy.
While some vendors might accept digital payments, it’s advisable to carry cash as well for convenience.
The festival will adhere to all prevailing health guidelines and safety measures mandated by the government. Detailed safety measures will be communicated closer to the event date in line with the prevailing circumstances.
No, guided tours will not be available at designated locations within the festival premises. However, we do have information booths to assist with schedules, locations, and other festival-related queries.

The Kala Ghoda Association was formed on 30th October 1998 with the aim of maintaining and preserving the heritage of the Kala Ghoda area – South Mumbai’s beloved art district.
